Error 10000

When I log in , it says error 10000, get a stable wi-if etc… etc…

• Device name
• Connection type (mobile data or WiFi)
• Region
• Internet provider name

Device name: Redmi 13C and Samsung S9, Connection type: Both WiFi and mobile data, Region: Africa (Nigeria), Internet provider : MTN Nigeria and Airtel Nigeria.

I also sent a couple of messages in your DM
