Loading screen error while playing H2H?

Has anyone came across a h2h game where you can play but the loading screen is constantly showing, the screen is darker, and you can't put subs in or change to attack but you can play the game? I'll add a screen recording of what happened to me twice. The FIRST TIME I WAS GOING FOR MY 10TH STAR..... SO SO SOOO PISSED!!!

    Hey d9c296f506ae7378​. There doesn't seem to be any recording included, so please try uploading it again. Also, please clear the app cache data to see if that may be causing the issue, especially if it has not been cleared in a while. Check our Mobile Troubleshooting Guide if you need more help.

    Here's a edited cut down version of the gameplay. What's weird is that the first video I attached had the actual FC mobile thinking screen behind this one so it had two loading screens at the same time which seems fishy to me and the only one I've ever seen before is the one that is behind the one that is showing up on the recap of the game.

    Weird, it won't let me upload the actual gameplay video but it'll let me upload the much bigger end of game recap video.

    Thanks for the extra details. Since the match itself continues but the loading overlay stays active and UI controls stop responding, this could be related to a temporary sync or loading issue during the H2H session. Please try these steps and let me know if that helps resolve the problem: 

    • Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to test if the issue is connection-specific
    • Fully restart the device before launching FC Mobile again
    • Force close all background apps before starting the game
    • Lower graphics settings in-game temporarily
    • Make sure the device OS and FC Mobile app are fully updated
    • Disable VPN, Private DNS, or ad-blocking apps if enabled
    • Try a full reinstall of FC Mobile after linking the account to avoid data loss
    • If available, test on another device using the same account to help determine whether this is a device-related or account related error
