ERROR LOGIN [Ox0021006E]

Hello, I'd like to report an issue trying to log in with Facebook on FC Mobile since switching to iPhone. Every time I try to log in with Facebook, I get this error: LOGIN FAILED [0x0021006E

Player missing even after getting it from signings using shards
i got semenyo from shards but it did not showing when i want to place in in my team but in the badge and signing it is showing that it is in my team pls fix the issue or how can i retrieve it?
