Error in starting

Hello,

 

I have a problem with EA SPORTS FC Mobile on my Honor X7 device.

 

The game opens normally, shows the EA logo, then the screen becomes black and the game does not continue loading.

 

I tried:

- Reinstalling the game

- Clearing cache and data

- Restarting the phone

- Changing internet connection

- Updating the game

 

But the problem still exists.

 

Device: Honor X7

Android Version: [اكتب إصدار الأندرويد لو تعرفه]

 

Please help me fix this issue.

    Hi there, thanks for sharing the details and the steps you’ve already tried.

     Please try these remaining checks and let us know if that helps:

    • Make sure the phone has enough free internal storage, then fully close FC Mobile.
    • Set the phone language to English, then restart the phone.
    • Open Android settings > Apps > FC Mobile -> Storage, then clear cache again.
    • Launch the game once on Wi-Fi, then once on mobile data.
    • Make sure the Honor X7 system software is fully updated.

    If the issue still happens after that, this may be a device compatibility or launch bug. Please reply with:

    • Android version
    • Exact Honor X7 model/firmware build
    • FC Mobile game version
    • Approx. free internal storage

    Same here bro ,it has been like this for the past 8 days ,I have done the same steps asked for help followed the troubleshooting guide they gave me and nothing changed
