exchange bug!!

I am experiencing an issue in FC Mobile where I am unable to unlock the Exchange feature despite reaching Level 37. The problem seems to be with the Kick-off Challenge, as I have already claimed the rewards, but the game still requires me to complete it to unlock the Exchange. Since the rewards are marked as claimed, I am unable to redo the challenge, leaving me stuck. I have tried troubleshooting by restarting the game, checking for updates, and clearing the cache, but the issue persists. I am playing on IOS, and my game is fully update. Please let me know if there is a way to fix this or if you can manually unlock the Exchange feature for my account. Thank you for your time and support.
