I have reached level 50 in FC Mobile, but the Exchange feature still shows ‘Unlocks at Level 2’ and I can’t access it. Please help.”

Thanks. Could you try to uninstall and reinstall the game to help fix any potentially corrupted files?
Let us know if that works. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but unfortunately the issue still persists.
I can't open the exchange fiture it says that i have to be at level 2 while now i'm level 22😂😂😂
