EXTRA TIME REWARDS ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE

I had like 50 extra time shards and then I opened a 12k pack where I didn't got anything good so I chose 125 shards . Now I had total of 175 shards and I opened the recent 100 shards pack and I didn't got anything good even in that so I chose 40 shards instead but I never recieved them . It's so so depressing that f2p is so much more difficult when the game takes your hard earned rewards like this
