FC Mobile - iOS unable to log in

Hi ea I just had the same experience it keeps saying login fail I’m on a iPhone 14 I played yesterday and now it would not let me in i uninstalled and installed and the same thing”login fail” can anyone help me??

I have the same problem 

• I have a quite annoying problem, when I try going in and play Fc Mobile I keep getting a message with "Sorry we failed to log you in" try again". I've tried cleaning the cache, changing networks, I've checked for updates, reinstalled it at this point I don't even know what to do from here.

I play on iPhone 15 pro max and my iPhone’s iOS version is 18 

I tried everything that mentioned on troubleshoot for iOS but it didn’t work 

I changed my network 

I reinstalled the game 

I used vpn

I used dns

I restarted my phone 

I cleared my safari’s cache 

and after all of these I still can’t log in to my game

I can’t log in into my game and it keep saying this text. I deleted and reinstalled my game but it didn’t work. Please help me

i use phone but it logged me out of play and ea now its not letting me back in, it keeps loading for abit then saying login failed
