FC Mobile - Shop "Purchase Failed"
It's been 3 days and i'm still getting the store error when buying FC: Can anyone please tell me what is this error and its solution.

In what game mode did the bug occur? Store
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? I try to buy something and error pops up: purchase failed. Sorry the transaction was not successful. Please login to your application store account and try again. (I'm logged in to google play store and linked inside the game)
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) all the time

I've tried, also reinstalled the game but didn't help. My friend has the same problem so it's not only me ☹️
Mam ten sam problem, nie mam pomysłu jak to rozwiązać. Pisałem na czacie w ustawieniach gry, ale póki co bez rezultatu. W razie co daj znać
U mnie to samo, customer service nie potrafi pomóc, odpowiedzieli mi dwa razy ale tylko odsyłają do nic nie znaczących linków
Having the same issue. Seems like a lot of people from Poland are having the same problem. A new event just dropped and I can't buy a Star Pass, Welcome Pack, nothing. In-game customer service doesn't help at all.
I have solution... change language in phone settings to english... It gonna work for some reason XD

I even see prices now, previously I only saw a hyphen.
I've got the same issue. Cleared the caches but I am still unable to make a purchase in a store.
