I've already been contacted with customer service in-game. Last time I had message that my problem will be reported and since sunday I'm waiting for answers and solutions.

U mnie pomogła zmiana języka w ustawieniach telefonu na angielski (Stany Zjednoczone). Po tej zmianie można robić zakupy w aplikacji. Co prawda, kiedy znów włączyłem język polski problem powrócił więc to mało wygodne rozwiązanie na dłuższą metę...

Hi @King9644, Can you check your device account (The iOS or Google play store) and check if you have any pending transactions.
If not try clearing your cache and check if this continues. Nie wiem chłopie jak na to wpadłes ale działa XD
