FC Mobile 26 – Not compatible on Lenovo Tab M11

Hi,  

I can’t install EA SPORTS FC Mobile 26 on my Lenovo Tab M11 (model TB330FU, Android 14/15).  
Google Play says: “This app is not compatible with your device.”  

The tablet meets the minimum requirements (4GB RAM, Octa-core CPU, Mali-G52 GPU with OpenGL ES 3.2 / Vulkan).  
My older Redmi Note 9 Pro installs and runs FC Mobile 26 without any issues.  

It seems the problem is with the Play Store compatibility flags rather than the hardware.  
Can you please check and update the manifest so that Lenovo Tab M11 users can install the game?

    Just following up on this issue — it has now been 9 days without any official response.

    Since EA Help has already confirmed that the problem is not hardware-related and appears to be a Play Store device-compatibility regression introduced after Update 26, this really needs review from the team that manages the Play Console device filters.

    Several users on the same Lenovo Tab M11 model are affected.

    Could this be acknowledged or forwarded for investigation?

    What is the current status as of today, November 19th?

    I also have a Lenovo Tab M11 and I'm unable to install the game.

    adriano_7077 The issue is still active. FC Mobile was fully compatible with the Lenovo Tab M11 (TB330FU) before Update 26, and right after that update the Play Store began showing "This device is not compatible".
    The tablet supports Vulkan 1.3 / OpenGL ES 3.2, meets all listed requirements, and multiple users here have confirmed the same regression.
    One user also installed the APK manually and the game runs normally, which strongly suggests a Play Console device-exclusion case rather than a hardware limitation.

    Tagging EA_Vendcera and EA_Pulsar — could you please confirm whether this thread has been forwarded for internal review by the Android device-compatibility team?
