FC Mobile 27 Beta rejects Moto G Play 2021 when downloading resources

Hello EA Support

 

My problem is not the regional availability of the FC Mobile 27 Beta

 

I was able to download and install the game successfully and the game opens normally

 

The problem happens when the game starts downloading the resources

 

At that moment I get a message saying that my hardware specifications are too low to run the game

 

My device is Moto G Play 2021

 

Android 11

 

Snapdragon 460

 

Adreno 610

 

3 GB RAM

 

Could you please check if my device is intentionally unsupported or if this could be a compatibility problem that can be fixed in a future beta update

 

I have attached a screenshot showing the error

 

I would really appreciate it if you could check my device specifically

From August 2026 the EA SPORTS FC Mobile app may be removed from the app store for unsupported devices. We’ll keep this article updated with the latest information—the latest update was August 17, 2026.
