Fc Mobile birthdate issues

I made an ea account logged on into fc mobile with my I pad when I try logging in my phone it says birth date you have given and birthdate in the account is different but when I checked the birthdates they’re the same

    Same here ,did it thousand time to log in , so so so unfair

    How do I log in then to connect the customer service via the in game settings menu then?? Since my birthdates are not accurate and it won't let me log into the game

    I have an fc mobile account on a broken phone that does not work i need help trying to recover because I don't remember old birthday dates I put and I can't sign in so I'm just stuck restarting if I don't get it back I have a 121 ovr team
