FC Mobile Graphics Downgrade After Update on Dimensity 7025 (Moto G64)

Hello EA Team,

I recently purchased a Motorola G64 (Dimensity 7025, 8GB RAM, Android 14) on November 22, 2024. When I installed FC Mobile, it ran smoothly on high graphics with great performance.

However, after the January 8, 2025 update, the game automatically lowered my graphics to medium, and now I can’t switch back to high settings. The gameplay still runs fine, but the quality is noticeably worse, and it feels unfair since my device was handling high graphics.

I have seen other Dimensity chipset users reporting similar issues. Did EA remove high graphics support for Dimensity chipsets? Will there be an optimization update to fix this?

I was waiting for an new update since 8th January and still didn't received. I will be so thankful to EA sports if they bring my graphics settings back.

Please help, as this downgrade has really affected my gaming experience.
