FC Mobile guest account progress missing (UID still known)

Hi, I need help recovering my FC Mobile account.

My progress was on a guest account, not linked to Apple ID or any email. After reopening the game, my original progress is gone and it shows a new/empty account.

Device: iPhone (iOS)
Game: EA SPORTS FC Mobile
Account type: Guest account

Issue:
My original guest account progress is missing. I still have my UID from the account, but I can’t access the team anymore.

What happened:
I reopened the game and it started a fresh account instead of my original guest profile.

What I need:
Help recovering the original guest account using my UID or linking it back to my device.

I can provide UID and any additional details in private if required.

    Hi there — sorry to hear your FC Mobile progress has disappeared. Since this was a guest account, it may not be recoverable. You can still check your details with our customer support to see if any recovery options are available if you know the user ID.
