FC mobile Head to head disconnecting

If you can't help this issue then why would you provide customer support. It's has been so long time since this new version of fifa mobile (fc mobile)version download i have been facing head to head match disconnect issue I can't play more than 1 game in h2h . I have been reporting this so long time. You guys told me to go answer hq what is the use of that. Please provide good customer support

    Yeah buddy I'm also facing this problem from a very long time... As you said i can't also play more than 1 matches in h2h and it disconnects me every time i tried to play ☹️

    Bro this issue happens mainly when you are pushing to fc champion so many disconnections even when we are connected to a 5g net work

    @Kazuto89 Pushing to FC champion you start to hit the cheaters - they will disconnect you and take the win - the team is working on it (very slowly)

    Yea a player got a pen, then i scored 2 more making 2-1 fore me and i instantly got disconnected after
