Account Deletion

Were you playing with a guest account, or did you have your account linked? If it was linked, you should be able to recover your progress by linking back to the same account you used to save your progress.

I spent nearly $2000 just to get deleted randomly out of nowhere and can't recover through a proper way?.

i linked with ea account. 

my fcm account was deleted, not ea account.

You should be able to get your progress back if you log in again using that. Are you getting an error something similar?

it is deleted so if i login again it shows me new id with level 1 and 64 ovr

Gotcha. Is it possible that you had your account linked to a different EA account?

If you're sure that you're linkd with the correct one, do you still have your User ID? If so, you can try reaching out to our live support team, and they'll be able to take a look at finding your old progress again.
