FC Mobile Login Error 0x00000001 on iPhone 13 Pro Max

Hello EA Team,

I cannot log in to FC Mobile on my iPhone 13 Pro Max running iOS 26.6. I keep getting the error 0x00000001.

My account works on another phone, but it does not work on this iPhone. I have tried reinstalling the game, resetting network settings, and using both Wi-Fi and mobile data, but nothing has worked.
