Fc mobile login failed

It has been months that i’ve saw this problem on iOS devices in internet and my friends. I have 13 ProMax and since few months ago when the update of the fc25 was released, everytime i tried to login the game it gives me the “Login Failed” error 0*00000001

i tried to load my account on an android and i had jo problem doing it, or one of my friends who has iphone and had his account logged in before, logged in with no problems.

I’ve also tried using VPN or DNS or changing my network, nothing works. If you have any idea that helped you please tell me I’d appreciate that.

EA please fix this, i’ve been waiting for months and nothing happened from you.
