FC mobile monthly reset no reward massive fail

At the last monthly reset of FC mobile my manager mode rank went from Ledgendary 1 to world class 3 thats 6 rank drops and I got only reward for world class 3. Customer service said post here as someone might be able to fix it which we all know is just a way of saying I'm too lazy to help and really couldn't be bothered. Sooooo... can anyone help?
