Hi. Game and iOs updated, using an 13 Pro Max. Tried switching the sound settings on and off, restarting the game, the phone, nothing seems to work.
There is no sound. Not menu music, not in game sound, nothing.
Can we try going through our troubleshooting guide and checking if the sound returns?

Hi, If you have an ios device. Try messing around with the audio and visual settings in accessibility menu. I changed balance to random sides, enabled disabled mono audio, turned headphone accommodation on and off. Basically just mess around with all your audio in settings and hopefully it works because it did for me.
I agree, there wont be a specific way. But trying messing around with audio and visual made it work.
I have tried but it doesn’t work for me
bro now it ok for you
