FC mobile problem

What the actually f**k is wrong with this game, I have a full squad trained at 30 and over 112, I am struggling to win a fuc**Ng game at world class division, I invested 1000€+ in this fail of a game and keep playing with hackers, no admin, no answer to reports, no customer support( usually they have the same automatic response). When you actually are going to make a game guard and fix the problem with scripters? At this point I want a refund of my investment, since you actually don't give a **bleep** **bleep** about players.

Need an answer from a game master/moderator.

so - for starters - there is no scripting, by EA or hackers ... if you have faced a hacker in H2H then you will be disconnected and recorded as a loss, if you face them in VSA their score will just build and build, but it won't impact your gameplay, in MM it is the disconnect thing as well.

if you are having issues with gameplay then post some video

if you want a refund then you will need to take that up with customer service (i don't like your chances though, buying players does not guarantee wins, it just guarantees good players)

 But what if it doesn’t ..?pls let me know asap

Fc 25 is in my mobile game. The 12,000-chip extension package has been renewed. However, even though I did not open it. It seems to have opened. I ask that this problem be resolved as soon as possible. I've written in a lot of places. If it is not resolved, I want it to be compensated. How many hours have I been trying to contact you? Please help now. 

I'm facing same problem .What should I do ? It's more than 24 hrs 

“I can’t log in to FC Mobile with my EA account on my Android. After I enter the verification code, the game restarts and sends me back to the login screen. It keeps repeating this loop. I can log in on other devices, but not on my phone.”

I love playing FC Mobile, but I think many players would enjoy the game more if our progress didn’t reset every year.

Please consider adding a permanent mode where we can keep our teams, kits, balls, and stadiums. These things take time and effort to earn, and it feels bad to lose them each season.

Also, cosmetic items like kits and balls should carry over to future seasons, since they don’t affect gameplay.

Let us choose:

Seasonal mode (with reset)

or Permanent mode (no reset)
