Screen Freezing and Blinking Error

I have recently downloaded this app and the game has been like this since then. It always gives problem while loading the content and the screen just freezes and blinks just like below in the video. I've done everything from clearing cache to uninstalling the app and even tried the force stop thing to re-start the app but it hasn't worked. Help plz!
