FC mobile store change in region issue

I have moved from my region to another region but now, I am unable to make any purchases in the fc mobile store from my current region. 

It says "Sorry, your game account cannot transact on another country's webstore. Please visit the page for the country where your game account was created to transact for this account."

The currency changes from region to region and how could I use my old region in making payments?
