FC Mobile won’t load, black screen and error, can’t access account for days.

I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to formally report an issue I have encountered with the FC Mobile game. For the past [insert number of days/hours], the game has consistently failed to load on my device. Despite multiple attempts to restart the app, clear the cache, and ensure a stable internet connection, the problem persists.
I have also confirmed that my device meets the minimum requirements for running the game and that the app is updated to the latest version. Unfortunately, none of these measures have resolved the issue.
I would appreciate it if your technical team could look into this matter and provide assistance or guidance on how to resolve the problem. I enjoy playing FC Mobile and hope to return to the game as soon as possible.
