FC Mobile stuck on black screen, error, not loading for days, not my phone.

I am writing to report an issue with FC Mobile. The game shows the EA Sports intro cinematic, but then the screen turns black and nothing else happens. I have tried restarting my phone, clearing the cache, and reinstalling the game, but the problem continues. It has been several days, and I am worried about losing access to my account and progress.

Please help me resolve this issue so I can play again.
