Frame Rate capped at 60 FPS

Hi. 

Yesterday, I just bought a new phone for myself, the Xiaomi 17T Pro. With an SoC like Dimensity 9500, it'll surely play at 120 fps smoothly, yes? But no. Turns out, the game is able to play with the Very High frame rate setting, but on the game boost interface, it looks like it's capped at 60 fps. I'm not sure if this a software bug, the game itself, or because the phone had just came out a few day ago. 

This also happens to my brother's POCO F7, which applies to the same issue as above. You can look for the proof on both phones as following:

Note: I have tried multiple things across both devices, such as disabling the default frame rate for games through developer mode, making sure that the refresh rate is set to custom 144 Hz and 120 Hz respectively, as well as not enabling battery saver.
