The task is to assist with a hat-trick with the player you've selected, in this case, Mastantuono. Try having him assist with the 3 goals of the hat-trick, not score them, and see if the counter updates after.

I cant progress normal hat-trick i dont need to assist i just need to wcore hat-trick with Mastantuono that is 1st match after 2 skill games… And also Football Center didn't reset this week at all… can you fix that bug specifically on my account or its problem with whole event?

Sorry to hear that. Could you double-check if this is what you're doing when trying to complete the hat-trick mission?

Could you make sure to score the hat-tricks with the same player? By that I mean the same player scores all 3 goals in the hat-trick.

Could you confirm if the assists in the hat-trick are being completed as EA_Pulsar described here:

Thanks for letting us know you're running into some trouble completing that task. There are a few components to this task that need to be met in order for it to be completed. Could you check through them and let us know if the task still doesn't complete when all of those parts are being completed?
