Game not working

As my title says that my game is not working properly. I m trying to login since 5 to 6 hours but not working. Totally showing black screen some times. I have to complete my mission to get 107 rated player but because of this problem I m going to lose this opportunity for getting 107 rated TOTY player. I am very angry about that. I want apology from ea for this.
