Game Plan Glitch

I changed my game plan from 4-3-3 1 AM to 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow, it said that 4-1-2-1-2 narrow is activated so I played, but in Head vs Head or Vs Attack, it said that I am still using 4-3-3  1 AM. But when I go to club and want to change, 4-1-2-1-2 narrow is still activated. It is still like that since yesterday till now.

    So like are you telling me that game plan is permanently in one? We can't change it anymore?
