Game shows incompatible

FC Mobile is showing “Your device isn't compatible with this version” on Google Play.

Device: OPPO A77s (CPH2473)

Android 14 / ColorOS 14

Snapdragon 680 / 8 GB RAM

Play Protect: Certified

I have already cleared Google Play Store and Google Play Services data/cache and restarted the device. The issue remains.

Could EA please confirm whether the OPPO A77s (CPH2473) is supported for the current FC Mobile version?
