Hacked account

Hello EA Support Team,

 

I am contacting you because someone appears to be accessing my FC Mobile account without my permission.

 

About a month ago, I was scammed by someone to whom I had given access to my Gmail account. I recovered my Gmail account and changed my security settings, passwords, and other security details. I also checked my Google account devices and removed access where necessary.

 

However, this problem has happened three times. Most recently, I logged into FC Mobile after one day and discovered that 33,000 Shards had been spent to purchase a player, and my rewards had also been used without my permission.

 

My FC Mobile account is linked to my Google Play Games account and EA Account. I have already checked my Google security settings and deleted FC Mobile game data from Google Play Games, but the problem continues.

 

Please investigate my account for unauthorized access and help me secure it. I would also appreciate it if you could check whether any unauthorized account connections or existing sessions are allowing someone else to access my game.
