Haven’t been able to log on

I have not been able to play fc mobile for almost a week now. The loading keeps coming up and afterwards just says error. It says something is something with the connection but my Wi-Fi works and have used it on many other devices at the same time. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hey m67yo5olzxh5​ Do you play on a linked account or a guest profile? If you can, please also try logging in on another network.

    I have a linked account and tried using another network but it didn’t work

    Thank you. In that case, please clear your device's cache and free up some space. If you encounter any further issues, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the game. Additionally, if possible, test it on another guest account to see if you can log in and complete the tutorial phase.

    Still doesn’t work, I deleted my app and cache. Then I tested it on another guest account and it worked then I tried switching back to my main account and it didn’t work
