HELP ME EA

i hope you can help me for get my account, so if i wanna login to EA sport from FC Mobile i can't login again, i have 2 account FC Mobile and i'm login to second account for clear all mission and after clear all mission i wanna login to first account but i can't login because in settings get check EA, and i remember again from my mistake but i don't click anything button, and after that i deleting my seccond account and i trying again for login my first account and unsuccesful.......

please help me, this is first my account since 2019 thank you...
