Check your account. Either EA account or Google. Or whatever you are using to login. You probably set the wrong date of birth.

In most mobile games, you verify your date of birth only during the first launch of the game, when you complete the registration process. It's not possible to change it afterwards on that specific account.
Maybe its his email date of birth.
