Store wont make the purchase it says technical problem

 i went to the fc mobile topup store topup some fc points,i selected what thinh i want and selected the payment method after i clicked on go to checkout after filling everything up i touched the pay button it says no transaction is done and it says technical problems and 404 eror please tell me a solution
