Help Needed With Unknown EA Account Linked to My FC Mobile Account

Hello EA Support,

I need help with an old EA account linked to my FC Mobile account.

I created an EA account sometime in the past, possibly around 2020 or 2024, but I no longer remember which email I used. When I check my EA ID, an email address appears, but I don’t recognize it and I’m not sure if it was ever mine.

I can still access my original FC Mobile account through my Google Play Games account, so I have not lost my game progress. I also never realized that an EA account was linked to my FC Mobile account—I always thought I was only using Google Play Games.

I would like to remove/unlink the old EA account, if possible, and connect my new EA account instead, without losing my existing FC Mobile account or progress.

I’m happy to provide any information necessary to verify that I’m the owner of the FC Mobile account.

Please let me know if you can help me recover/unlink the old EA account and connect my new one.
