Hero quest
In the hero tasks I don't get credited progress in this to collect 20 daily rewards even though I've done it many times. Because of this I can't complete the heroes quest. 11 April 2025.

Hey 90Damian909 When you log in each day and then navigate to PLAY -> CHRONICLES, do you engage in any other activities or play additional games? Also, when you exit the game at the end of the day, do you ensure that you completely close the app rather than leaving it running in the background?
Yes. I do all the tasks in the Heroes chronicles tab almost every day and collect all the available rewards. As for turning off the game, I always turn off the game completely when I finish playing.

Just to check. Do you play using a mobile or Wifi connection type?
Mostly Wifi, but sometimes I use mobile internet.

And when you go to the Home screen, left corner, and click on activities, does it show any unclaimed rewards?
Can you also complete the daily tasks just to see if that will synchronize your account? I can normally do daily tasks in the activity tab. I have received all possible rewards. But the heroes' task is not counted due to a game error.
