How is my BIRTHDATE WRONG? PLS CHECK

It was when I installed the game and gave my actual birthdate in it, then I clicked the EA account button. As always, I put my email in and put out the code, but then it was "We can't link your account. "It was saying, "The birthdate you provided does not match." pls EA, pls fix this I still didn't access it after a month.
