Hello Community Managers,I am joining this thread because my high-profile account was mistakenly caught up in the recent mass ban wave under error code 0x00002710 (User ID: removed / In-game Nickname: AZE•Насибов).I am a highly dedicated premium user based in Germany. I am not only the proud leader of a globally ranked Top 50 League, but I am also an elite competitive player who routinely reaches the Global Top 1 and Top 10 Leaderboard rankings at the start of each season. I have invested an immense amount of time, passion, and financial resources into building this account—recently acquiring exclusive prime icons like Cristiano Ronaldo, George Best, Ricardo Carvalho, and Mario Kempes through official premium purchases. I have a perfectly clean history and have always strictly abided by the fair play rules.Regarding any automated security flags on my account, I reside in Germany but travel frequently to Azerbaijan for personal and family reasons, which explains the IP location/device logs from both regions. These are entirely my own legitimate activities during my travels. Having such a highly valued, top-tier account suspended due to a false-positive automation trigger or travel log discrepancy is devastating to both my squad and the dozens of premium players I keep motivated in my league daily.I have already submitted a formal appeal via EA Help.
