I can’t buy a player in fc mobile

Hi, I’m having the same issue with the player Ronaldhino. LW position OVR 92. I’ve offered the most. Doesn’t buy. Then I see the price go up twice and I’ve offered the highest amount on both price increases yet still haven’t purchased. So I understand the supply & cards available but before prices can go up surely the cards have to be exchanged before any prices increased. I’ve been waiting 2-3 weeks for this one player now. 
please advise

Did you still end up receiving the player after a while

Even I can’t buy the player C.Ronaldo 115 OVR I tried giving the full price for it and tried giving a little time but it’s been 2 days and I can’t still even purchase it.
