Community ManagerHi there. From the screenshot, Google Play is showing that your tablet may not be compatible with the current version of FC Mobile. Google Play checks your device and Android version against the requirements set for the latest game version, so an update can sometimes make a previously compatible device no longer eligible.
Unfortunately, if Google Play marks the device as incompatible, there isn't a way to force the update through the EA Forums. Make sure to check for any pending updates on your device to ensure everything is up to date.
Also, I removed the image containing your Gmail address, as personal information shouldn't be posted publicly.
Thank you, I checked that everything on updates its fine, and software is correct and android i think that is the same.
