Hello all, I've installed fc24 mobile and NBA y a Android smart box TV, and when start the app for the first time apper the window to scroll and insert birthdate month and year, but it is completly blocked! Maybe I'm having problem to connect to the EA servers?? I use the wi-fi connection at home, but I use the same wifi in my phone and I have no problem to connect and play fc24 mobile in my smartphone, so this make me think that I have some problem in the setup of the wifi connection in my smartbox?Why do think, it could be a problem in the setup of the wifi? Is there some particular setup for connecting to EA servers? Could you help me to configurate my wifi?Thanks a lot for your helpRegards,Claudio.

Hey @owmv2yxt8xev If we are not seeing this issue on a mobile device, I would recommend playing there as we may also run into an issue if you are able to provide the DOB with the input required for the game. Yes, it is happening in my smart box tv wich is an Android 11.0 X98 Plus Amlogic S905W2 RAM 4GB ROM 6GB. I've downloaded NBA live to understand if happens the same issue and exactly the same things, the app carge and open correctly but when ask to insert the birthdate month and year the window is blocked. In attached you find a print screen of the issue. I check the authorisation of the app and the setup of the wifi and seems to be correct (I've compared this with my smartphone that the app functions correctly).
I don't know why happens this and what can I do, maybe need to install some other services, java, netruntime, etc? Please, help me.

I as said in my previous post, in my android smartphone doesn't happen this problem! I could insert the birthday month and year, and the app started perfectly, using the same wi-fi signal.
