I cant join fc mobile

I want to play fc mobile but for some reason i cant use it. I thought is because i switched to a new phone but it worked perfectly with the same phone before. When i try to go to the app it suddenly teleports me to lock screen. Please help I've been trying to find a solution since this is my second most favourite game. EDIT:im using infinix note 60 the one that looks like iphone 17
