I can't join into the league

What I have to do?

When I am trying to join the league,then showed that user is in a cooldown period 

crashing

    Hey rudrashekhardas​. If you’ve recently left another league, you’ll need to wait at least 24 hours before trying to join again. Please avoid making any further attempts during that time. You can’t switch leagues too often.
