I can't sign in
I can't log in to my account, so the window for adding accounts doesn't open and only guest mode appears.

Hi there. Did you enter the correct date of birth when installing the game? Underage profiles do not have account-linking options, so only Guest Mode may appear. If you need to update your date of birth on an existing account, you ned to contact our support team.
