I can't use FC Mobile Webstore due to "unavailable in your country"

When I tried to use webstore, I can't login. I texted you "ea help" they said you should change your region from Namibia to Türkiye..

When I make the control my region is already Türkiye. Please could you check my region and change it to Türkiye pls.
