I did not receive my gift after redeeming the code

Yeah i didnt get it even after redeaming it and the website says it too that ive already redeamed it once eventho it didnt pop up ingame

I did not receive my gift for code ballondor after redeeming the code.(When I first redeemed it it said redeemed successfully but didn't show up in ingame mail)

Then I tried again redeeming and it says SOMETHING WENT WRONG PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER
