I got error in doing mission Saudi Arabia and EA give prize banned 671 hours

Hi rdill6t38ahp,

Thank you for reaching out and for providing the screenshot with your account details. I'm sorry to hear that your account was suspended while you were in the middle of a mission. I understand you're looking for an explanation for why this happened.

For your account's security and privacy, we aren't able to discuss the details of account sanctions or overturn them here on the forums. This needs to be handled by our Terms of Service team who can investigate the suspension.

To get this reviewed, you'll need to submit an appeal through the official process. I recommend first reading our guide on how to do that here:

Check and appeal EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions

When you submit your case, it is very important that you provide your User ID so the team can locate the correct account.

After reviewing the guide, you can open a case by scrolling to the bottom of that page and selecting the Contact Us option. If you have any trouble with that, you can also use our direct webform to submit your case:

I hope the team can provide you with more clarity on this soon.
