I have a serious problem with my account.
Here’s what I have tried:
cleared cache
restarted the game and device
switched networks (Wi-Fi / mobile data)
used VPN (WARP, Germany, Netherlands)
logged out and logged in again
tried from another phone with a different internet provider
The problem is still the same on every device and every network.
But other accounts work normally on the same phone.
So the issue is not my device or internet, but something is wrong on EA’s server side with my account.
Please help fix my account so I can join any League. I need to enter before the rewards reset.
